Ashit Shah is the Director-Sales and Marketing at Mutsimoto Motor Company Limited. He has over 30 years’ experience in the Automotive Industry and has overseen the company's growth from infancy to its current state as a market leader. His main role at Mutsimoto is in business development. He leads a team of sales and marketing personnel in developing sales strategies, market research with a focus on the automotive after-sales market. His leadership abilities and penchant to deliver results has seen APMA grow and become a reliable association while adding value to its members.
George Makateto is the Ag. Managing Director of Numerical Machining Complex. He was appointed to the APMA board in May 2023 in line of his vast experience in government and will be instrumental in guiding the APMA board in policy and advocacy matters.
Nephat Njeng’wa is the CEO of Auto Springs East Africa PLC. He joined the company in January 2018 as Commercial Director and CFO until 1st April 2020 when he was appointed as the CEO. His work experience ranges from Financial Management, Business Development and General Administration for over 20 years. His previous appointments include Head of Business Development at Questworks Limited (Engineering, procurement and construction firm), University Secretary at Strathmore University, Group Finance Manager at Kenya Wine Agencies Limited and Internal Audit Manager at Longhorn Publishers Limited.
He holds an MBA and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) both from the University of Nairobi. He is a certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK 1999) and a holder of a certified Public Secretary (CPS) final certificate.
